Essay#3 My Hometown

My hometown is Omuta, Fukuoka. Omuta is a town of the prefectural border with Kumamoto, and it is a town located in the most southernmost extreme of Fukuoka. It takes 90 minutes by a train from Omuta to KGU. So, I must get up early very much every morning. Omuta was famous in old days in a coal mine. However, the population became the decrease county town now. But I think Omuta is a very good town. There has a shopping mall and the amusement park whether nature is rich. And, in there, the means of transportation are substantial, too. The Shinkansen is inaugurated there soon, and the IONE opens newly, too. Omuta city will regain vigor again.
There is an amusement park “Greenland” in the neighborhood of Omuta city. . Surely I think a person living in Omuta will have been once. I have been to there with a girl many times. It is a famous place for dating of Omuta.
Omuta have a big festival in summer every year. It is called “DAIJYA-YAMA”. People pull a lot of the big pulley which the form of large snakes in a main street. The festival becomes lively very much.
However, many “Yakuza” live in Omuta. There was a gun fire incident just recently. We can watch a lot of police cars at midnight. Please be careful about them enough if you came to Omuta.
But I like such Omuta city very much. Because there is I am born, and brought up. All of you come to Omuta city once!!

But I want to find work in the metropolitan area. HaHaHa…
